I said to her, "are you speedrunning my haircut?" She replied with, "I get paid to cut hair not to talk to you." If I come back I won't let her touch my hair

My boyfriend got his hair (and lip) cut today! Stepanie printed the hair cut that he always gets there and said “what is that?” Not only did the hairdresser not know what a fade was, she did not go from a 0 to a 2 like he asked. His hair looks nothing like what he wanted but he also wanted his facial hair trimmed. She missed some of the facial hair and didn’t even up the lines. While she was trimming around his mouth, she cut the crease of his lips on both sides and on the top lip. He always goes to this location because a handful of the girls really know what they’re doing & his hair and facial hair always turns out great!

Won't be back - checked in on line - and still had to wait 15+min not because they were busy (2 free stylist) but because they were messing with the TV's. Then the stylist finally came over to get me ...we walked to her station and she apologizes and said she got distracted helping with the TV she forgot to clean her station and if I could go back and wait. Happy to do ...then I looked up and she wasn't cleaning her station but again helping the other stylist with the TV.
